Elisabeth Sandmann Verlag Publishing House
Concept and implementation of newsletter strategy for German publishing house Elisabeth Sandmann Verlag
The start of the newsletter concept marked the beginning of a new communication channel with new and existing customers. The goal was to share the great stories that go into the development of every book, to give a glimpse behind the curtain and to start the digital presence of the publishing house.
Every newsletter contained a short introduction of the respective theme by the publisher herself, connecting and positioning her as well as introducing her vision and motivation to her customers.
Each newsletter is individually drafted according to the publishing cycle - which new titles have been published, which topic is being communicated in the press, what are the most and least sold titles.
The newsletters hereby have a strongly supporting role to other marketing activities. Combining and aligning those different channels creates a strong synthesis and maximises the potential of reaching customers with the desired message.
The newsletter coding and graphics are optimized for all mobile and desktop devices in order for customers to be able view the message on all their devices. All products can be shopped directly from all devices.
